Fulfillment Policy 

WMH Media LLC provides advertising and marketing services, including print and digital advertisement placements, event sponsorships, and email marketing services. We do not sell physical goods or products via our website. All advertising, marketing, and sponsorship orders are initiated only after a signed contract is received from the customer, which outlines the specific services purchased, the associated terms, and the payment obligations. 

All services are fulfilled according to the schedule and specifications outlined in the signed contract or insertion order. Service delivery begins only after the customer has signed the agreement and an invoice has been issued. 

Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date (“Net 14”), unless otherwise agreed upon by WMH Media LLC. Accepted payment methods include ACH, Wire Transfer, or Credit/Debit Card. Paper checks are only accepted with prior written approval from WMH Media LLC. Credit card payments are processed securely through a payment processing platform. 

Due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of our services, WMH Media LLC does not offer refunds or accept cancellations after the contract is signed and accepted. Customers are responsible for full payment of all contracted services regardless of use or withdrawal, as stipulated in the signed agreement. Any advertiser-initiated cancellations after the publication’s closing date do not relieve the customer of payment obligations. 

All signed proposals constitute a binding agreement. WMH Media LLC reserves the right to enforce the terms of the agreement, including legal collection of outstanding balances, in accordance with applicable laws.
